Josh Berkenwald is the Rabbi of Congregation Sinai in San Jose, CA, where he has lived since 2007.  He was ordained from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America.  Born in Atlanta, Josh moved to Seattle, where he was raised.  He received his B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 1997.  Josh has also lived in Vancouver, Jerusalem, and The Bronx.

Josh is married to his wonderful wife Dana, with whom he has two fun-loving, energetic kids.  He enjoys playing acoustic and electric guitar, running, hiking, reading, and watching movies.
